Project in Progress: Maserati GranTurismo in SVG Metallic Liquid Soul Red

A 2008 Maserati GranTurismo is getting a new look at Guaranteed Alarm, Inc. In a project update shared with SVG Japan on 28 September 2026, the installer introduced a colour change using SVG Metallic Liquid Soul Red.

From preparation to colour

The update takes viewers behind the scenes of a project in progress. The opening footage shows the car during surface preparation, with worked areas visible across the bodywork. Subsequent clips show the red film being positioned over the front of the car and worked across a panel.

These close views reveal the transformation as it happens: the original dark exterior gives way to a vivid red surface. The curved bonnet and front wings provide a clear view of how the colour follows the Maserati's shape.

Guaranteed Alarm's post presents this as an ongoing project, with the finished reveal still to come. Watch the preparation and installation clips in the original Instagram post.
